Will CloakCard secure my information?
CloakCard protects your personal information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use CloakCard, your personal and call information is not shared with anyone.
How soon will I receive my PIN?
Upon payment, your PIN is instantly sent or upto 48 hours to the email address you use for your paypal account.
Will you be shipping me something?
We do not mail a physical card but rather send the PIN via email.
Can I change my caller ID # internationally with CloakCard?
Yes CloakCard now offers international calling capabilities! But make sure that you have read all these FAQs so that you understand the risks and responsibilities of using CloakCard internationally.
CloakCard is able to offer clients the ability to make international calls without displaying their actual caller ID. However, the changed Caller ID you choose will only be displayed properly in countries where the caller ID technology used is compatible with the caller ID signaling system used in the United States. If the technology in the called country is not compatible, there will be no caller ID or a different caller ID than the one you have selected will appear.
In order to enable spoofing to destinations which are priced higher then 1 credit per minute, you must first authenticate your account. To authenticate your account, login with your PIN and click on "Authenticate My Account" at spoofcard.com . We will apply a small refund to your credit card. Upon verifying the amount refunded to your credit card, your status will be authenticated and you will then be allowed to spoof to destinations priced higher then 1 credit.

What other things can CloakCard do?
• You will have the ability to change your voice to a Male or Female. If you do choose to change your voice, the person whom you call will hear your transformed voice in real-time. We also offer the option to record your conversation, which can later be retrieved by calling the toll-free access number from any phone. There is no extra cost for these features and they are included with your purchase.
Can I Use any phone number?
• Any 10 digit number can be used. Not only will the number show up but also the Name registered for that number would automatically appear.
Is My Phone Calls Traceable?
• Your financial, personal and call records are all confidential and are untraceable. However, if there is illegal activity and we are served with a subpoena, we will cooperate with the court.
Will my phone number show up on the other person phone bill?
• Whatever number you enter as the cloak number will show up on the bill of the person you called. They won't ever see your actual phone number!
The Cloak card works anywhere in the US and out Internationally.
